After copying I am working with DVCAM always uncompressed.
After doing full colorcorrection (standard color), then colors are processed in affter effects. Deinterlacing - plugin smart deinterlace. The final finished video codec - AVCh264, these settings:

Congrats for VOD! It's awesome! I got a question, maybe you can tell me: which settings did you use for finalizing, after processing? (which audio-, videocodec, resolution?) Your vid seem to have the perfect settings, that's why I ask you :-). Thank you so much for answering!
